JC.

Team leader. Psychology graduate. Future HR professional.

Justin Caetano.

People first. Purpose in every step.

I’ve hired, onboarded, and coached retail teams. Now I’m bringing that practical experience into human resources, with a place in Sheridan’s HR Management program starting January 2027.

01.About

My path into human resources began on the shop floor. As a store manager at Spiritleaf, I recruited new team members, helped them settle into their roles, and coached them through the day-to-day demands of retail.

With a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph, I’m interested in how people learn, communicate, and work together. Managing schedules, payroll, and performance gave me practical experience supporting a team while keeping operations running.

I currently build retail partnerships at Laniakea Brands. In January 2027, I’ll begin Sheridan’s Human Resources Management graduate certificate and take the next step toward a career in HR.

A foundation
